Nate O’Grady

Founder and President

When Nate was young, he learned many valuable things while working aside his Dad every day in the family landscape business. That’s when he decided he would devote the rest of his career to being the best landscaper he could be.

Kasey

Kasey Lofgren

Lead Designer and Installer

Kasey returned to Northern Michigan from Chicago in 2018 and quickly put his eye for design to work alongside his brother, Nate. As the creative force behind the company’s designs, Kasey is responsible for all landscape design concepts and CAD drawings, transforming ideas into detailed, build-ready plans. He also leads hardscape projects in the field, where his natural problem-solving and “puzzle-building” skills shine. Now transitioning into estimating for hardscape projects, Kasey brings his full-circle expertise in concept, design, installation, and budgeting. Outside of work, Kasey enjoys spending time on the golf course, where he’s always up for a good round.

Our maintenance programs typically include bed maintenance (weeding, edging, mulching), pruning, deadheading, seasonal plant care, debris cleanup, and other services we’ll recommend based on your property’s layout.

What do your seasonal cleanups include?

When we’re conducting fall or spring cleanups, we clear away leaves, sticks, and debris, prepare beds for planting, prune trees and shrubs, and get your property ready for the next season.

In most cases, we consider lawn mowing a separate service. Our landscape maintenance services focus on garden beds, other plants, and overall landscape care instead.

Most homeowners prefer weekly mowing in peak summer months. Spring and fall may require less frequent service, but we can adjust based on your property.
