From the spring cleaning, touch ups, to turning on the lawn sprinkler hydration system to the fall turn down and putting my yard to winter rest/sleep. I could easily keep Nate and team busy with our tweeks and adjustments. I have nothing negative to report on Nate Ogrady. Only positive things from my wife and myself.

We did a full landscape renovation of our home with high quality finishes and Nate's team really hit the mark. Nate O’Grady

Founder and President

When Nate was young, he learned many valuable things while working aside his Dad every day in the family landscape business. That’s when he decided he would devote the rest of his career to being the best landscaper he could be.

Kasey Lofgren

Lead Designer and Installer

Kasey returned to Northern Michigan from Chicago in 2018 and quickly put his eye for design to work alongside his brother, Nate. As the creative force behind the company’s designs, Kasey is responsible for all landscape design concepts and CAD drawings, transforming ideas into detailed, build-ready plans. He also leads hardscape projects in the field, where his natural problem-solving and “puzzle-building” skills shine. Now transitioning into estimating for hardscape projects, Kasey brings his full-circle expertise in concept, design, installation, and budgeting. Outside of work, Kasey enjoys spending time on the golf course, where he’s always up for a good round.

Tyler Baldwin

Landscaping Specialist

Tyler joined our team in 2024, bringing with him nine years of experience in the tree service industry. He quickly assumed the leadership of our tree service division and played a key role in operations following the unprecedented ice storm northern Michigan received in March of 2024. Tyler is now transitioning into management of our landscape maintenance division, and we look forward to the positive impact and improvements he will bring to this area as well.Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending his time outdoors.

Do you offer seasonal contracts or just one-time service?

Yes, we can provide both. Many of our commercial customers in Cheboygan and Indian River choose seasonal contracts so they can take a hands-off approach to snow, but we also offer one-time plowing and de-icing.

How quickly can you respond during winter storms?

We monitor the weather closely during predicted snowstorms and dispatch our crews as soon as there’s accumulation, so it doesn’t become a problem for your business.

Do you provide emergency snow removal?

Yes, we can be on-call for unexpected snow or ice events, especially if you have a seasonal contract with us.

Can you remove snow piles from my property?

Yes, we provide haul-away services to keep your parking lot and driveway clear and free of snow.

Will you clear snow off my building’s roof or deck?

No, we focus mainly on ground-level snow and ice removal. However, we can clear snow off your hardscape spaces.

What equipment do you use for snow removal?

It depends on the parts of your property that we’re clearing, but we use everything from hand shovels and snowblowers to plow trucks.

Do you use salt or eco-friendly alternatives?

We mainly use salt on driveways and sidewalks for safety purposes, but we can discuss alternatives like sand if you’d prefer it for your property.

Do you guarantee service times?

While we can’t guarantee precise times because our capabilities depend on the storm’s severity, we’ll communicate with you during each event so you know roughly when to expect us at your property.
